Here’s how to read this: Banning Lewis Ranch is the number one selling subarea YTD and is closing at app. 96% of it’s original list price. Flying Horse, for example, is number 4, selling at about 92% of it’s original list price. Stratton Meadows is the only one of the top 20 to be selling above original list price right now, at about .8% above original list price.
