Here is the answer! What you see here is the top 10 zip codes by volume of sales and the number of sales in those zips. I.e. 36 of the sales this year by VA buyers occurred in 80817. This makes sense given that is the Fountain and Security-Widefield area, home to Fort Carson. 80817 is also the third “top selling” zip code overall year to date with 67 sales overall, so 53.7% of sales in one of top selling zip codes are VA.
