In the last 90 days, there were 481 SFH in EPC that sold in 0-7 days at an average of .12% above original list price. These homes gave an average of $3,332 in seller’s concessions toward buyer closing costs.
In the last 90 days, there were 245 SFH in EPC that sold in 8-14 days at an average of 1.87% ($9,798) below original list price. These homes gave an average of $4,821 in seller’s concessions toward buyer closing costs.
And so on down the line. By the 5th and 6th weeks, sellers take home on average was reduced app. $19K.
